On March 20, 2019, Chula Vista Community Collaborative was awarded the CECO Champion Award. CECO (County Employees' Charitable Organization) has been providing with the County of San Diego since 1956 and supports the efforts of local non-profit programs in addressing the diverse needs in the region. We are honored to be one of 88 total non profit organizations who have been recognized for our work in the community for our work. Thanks to opportunities such as this, families are able to receive items such as blankets to keep themselves warm. Thanks to awards such as these, we are able to continue going above and beyond for the families in South Bay. We are incredibly grateful to receive this and are determined to ensure these funds are utilized for working toward empowering and stabilizing our families.
